We rely on trusted third parties to run parts of our service. Your information may be processed by Kit (ConvertKit) for email, Stripe for payment processing, Mighty Networks for the community app at app.halo.love, BodyGraph to generate Human Design charts, and analytics providers. Each has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
1.5 Email & Communication
If you join our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We honour all opt-out requests.
1.6 Data Retention & Your Choices
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing team@halo.love. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
1.7 Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
1.8 Children
The Site and our offerings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Refund Policy
Halo Vision offers digital products, programs, memberships, events, and experiences. This policy explains our approach to refunds. Specific offerings may include their own terms at checkout, which take precedence where they differ.
2.1 Digital Products, Programs & Memberships
All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. This includes courses, transmissions, digital downloads, subscriptions, and community access. Because these are delivered instantly or on a set schedule, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-use, or failure to complete a program.
2.2 Live Events & Immersions
Tickets to live events and immersions (such as BEYOND 808 and the LUX Immersion) are governed by that event's own attendance terms. In general, event tickets are non-refundable, though they may be transferable subject to written approval. See the specific event's terms for full details, including payment plans, transfers, and force-majeure provisions.
2.3 Free Offerings
The free New Human Design snapshot and other complimentary resources are provided at no cost, so no purchase or refund is involved.
2.4 Payment Plans
If you purchase using a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full amount. Missed or failed payments may result in loss of access without refund of amounts already paid.
2.5 Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at team@halo.love so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to the product or program.
